It wasn't directed at anyone in particular. A better objection would be to clues like "Dog" for defending RU or "np" for defending SP, because those are specifically PSE-inside-jokes and yet nobody complains

@MikeQ tbh I think of it as a matter of sportsmanship here - e.g. if LotR was thrown at me I'd never get them, but I accept that there's gaps in my knowledge and personally don't mind the odd clue in moderation (learning new stuff, or something)
