I tried dismissing the ⍵s by converting to a train, but the helper function doesn't seem like it can be converted into a single-argument train

@Uriel You can change the dfn to {⍵/⍨0.000001>|x-1○○⍵÷180}
I just removed the parens and changed it to just ⍵/⍨

3⍕{⍵/⍨1E¯6>|x-1○○⍵÷180}a+1E3÷⍨⍳1E3×b-a
You can also change the 1000 to 1E3 to save 2 more bytes (from the two 1000s)

@Uriel you could change input order to a b x, so you can say …×b-⊃a b x←⎕, but even shorter is to make the whole thing into a dfn, and prompt for x: {3⍕{⍵/⍨1E¯6>|⎕-1○○⍵÷180}⍺+1E3÷⍨⍳1E3×⍵-⍺}
