I implemented ADOC a couple of years before Markdown made an
appearance. What I did was very similar to Markdown but limited to be
used by and for ADOC (missed a change there...). That is why it did
not occur to me that writing just the meta language to file might one
day make sense, because back then it didn't.

Only when Markdown was well established did I change the dialect to Markdown.

There is a way to use ADOC programmatically. It is documented in a
file AdvancedADOC.[md|html] on GitHub. One can specify a number of

8:03 AM
@xpqz Yes I did, thanks

8:52 AM
how to plot mutliple stuff on the same plot using ]Plot?

2 hours later…
10:57 AM
@KamilaSzewczyk My P9 is 29 and P10 is 20

my p10 is 35.
p9 is 32

11:17 AM
@PyGamer0 I think it "just works" to give it a vector of vectors of values.

2 hours later…
1:15 PM
any chances of an irc bridge popping up here again?

1:44 PM
@rak1507 i have a 27 byte solution to P9.
I have an also 27 byte solution to P10, which is the hardest stage 1 problem to me so far.

We tend to have a harder P10, to lead into the much harder phase 2 problems.

well, it's not hard to solve in general, just a bit difficult to come up with a good solution for.
nevermind, I found a better one
turns out a break was all I needed

2:23 PM
@KamilaSzewczyk 24 now

ah yes, time for two concurrent competitions ;)

2:54 PM
Is there any reason why the competition site would throw errors, whilst a local installation works fine? ⎕IO etc all the same.
I assume it runs 18.2?

@xpqz it executes code with this, so that doing unwanted things could mess with things

I'm getting a VALUE ERROR that isn't there locally. Strangfe.

3:22 PM
@xpqz could be that integer/float size is different due to platforms
And for some problems they are testing with very large values/very large input something

part 3 of p2/1 is daunting

So they ruled out PCRE somehow for P1:10

unless ⎕FR is used, Dyalog always uses 64-bit IEEE754 floats; but even then, you shouldn't be getting a value error from that

@KamilaSzewczyk Really? I think I did it within 40 chars
Knowing about rank operator is very helpful for P2:1

yes, i am aware.

3:47 PM
@LdBeth 47 here

I got a 24 P1:9!
@KamilaSzewczyk 45 is possible, although I did not went to golfing very much

even 44 is possible :)
gigantic train solutions make me feel powerful.

Announcement: BAA webinar in 3 minutes: Zoom 858 532 665, passcode: ×/1920 12 17

2 hours later…
6:22 PM
@LdBeth Mine is currently a 32 char dfn and I wouldn't say I've deliberately 'golfed' it

i'm just waiting for the submission thingy to unbreak.

It was like that last year too. It's intentional :(
Maybe send them an email lol

subspaces must be a dyadic dfn/tradfn
result ← subspaces space
that's monadic to me, but i ain't no expert.

ohh I thought you meant not being able to submit trains

i meant both actually

7:04 PM
@KamilaSzewczyk We're fixing that right now. Thanks!

7:14 PM
@KamilaSzewczyk Should be fixed now.
