In your research, have you come across Hired? I really liked them.

What is the editor of choice for the panel group?

Recruiters are like advertisements :D

The one time I worked with real recruiters was terrible - they tried to get me an intern job.

Anecdote about SO rep: my manager tells an anecdote about hiring someone who made a point of their high SO rep on their resumé; they were hired but turned out to be very unproductive because they were answering questions on SO all day...

@JonChan if there are 100 users in a local usergroup when you want to launch a localized site you start with a strong user base who understands the system. It won't cost you a lot of money to bootstrap since developers already love SO.
