@iammilind (late replying I was having headache yesterday) It is quoted from kamakoti.org which is reputed website I mentioned it in my answer.
> Kamakoti.org presents the Essence of Dharma Sindhu in English, condensed by Sri. V.D.N.Rao, devotee of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam and retired official of the Government of India.
^^ from that Dharma Sindhu link

@TheDestroyer@Pandya Suppose after graduation the question per day rate again falls below the rate which is required for graduation. What happens in that case? Will the site face demotion then?

@Rickross After Graduation, Hinduism SE will become permanent site in SE network.

@TheDestroyer Dharma Sindhu, Acharendu and tons of such books are widely followed across India..Only difference being in the fact that while some books are followed in some regions and the others in other regions..They are like Saramsa or essence of various Dharma Shastras and Puranas.. It is not possible for a single person to consult each of the huge number of Hindu texts to come into some conclusions..So,following such achara samhita & Prayoga books is quite common practice
@TheDestroyer So,after that thr's no fear of demotion even if the question rate falls?

@Rickross Yes. That's what i meant. It was written taking essence of all Dharma Sastras.

@TheDestroyer Also the main argument that i used in that answer which milind is referring to is more based on the Daksha Smriti than any other Texts..But using texts like Dharma Sindhu and the like is perfectly allowable.

@Rickross After grade, Hinduism.SE will become permanent part of StackExchange as @TheDestroyer said.

@Rickross 10 questions per day may not be exact criteria for Graduation. But in most cases it may be criteria.
@MadScientist there are a lot of sites and potential situations out there, so I was being intentionally vague to keep things flexible... but that's what I was attempting to cover by saying that CMs will still be making final decisions manually. If we notice that a site is rocking out and just has a topic that doesn't lend itself to a high question volume, it can still graduate. 10QPD just happens to be a really strong signal. — Pops ♦ Jun 1 '15 at 18:01
When a site starts to consistently receive 10 questions/day, we’ll consider it for graduation.
If a public beta site does not produce consistently helpful content, and lacks the caretakers needed for flags and spam to get handled and our Be Nice policy to be upheld, it will be closed.
Is your site in between these two categories? You don’t have anything to worry about. Regardless of how small the site might be, you have a home here in the SE network.
