As in this case, I would like to search for posts/sites which have both \cos x+\cos y+\cos z=1 and \sin x+\sin y+\sin z=1.
If somebody knows how to enter multiple formulas into SearchOnMath, let me know.
I wonder whether we should at at least one example with more than one formula (and maybe also some keywords) to the FAQ post. And maybe also mention possiblity to restrict the domain.
Approach0
Searching for a specific formula is often rather difficult. A tool which is very suitable for this is the Approach0 search engine.
Some basic information can be found in Guide for New Users (which contains also animations of some examples). If you want to know more about the project, ...
@MartinSleziak Yes, the possibility to connect multiple search terms with AND and to restrict the domain is a huge win for the new release of Approach0. Previously, I used SearchOnMath mainly for cases where there are many results on AoPS, that is not needed anymore. Otherwise I have no experience with SearchOnMath.
@WeiZhong Just mentioning that these links do not work anymore (they link to a beta site whose certificate is invalid). But I suggest that we don't remove those examples from chat until we have documented them somewhere else.
@MartinSleziak That is very useful. I have “pinned” it now so that it appears in the side bar above the outdated message. And yes, moving to the Trash (eventually) is what I meant, so that future readers are not confused.
