Burlesque needs ghc to compile :)
and a few haskell packages.
@Dennis are you running it inside a docker container? Or how do you run it?

I'm usually able to build the interpreters myself. Several of them use ghc.
@mroman TIO doesn't use Docker. The interpreters are confined to an SELinux sandbox.
