No, but TIO has 0.5.0 and 0.5.2 has been released (it's a bugfix)

also, 0.6 will be a major compatibility break (think Python 2 vs 3, but imagine py2 was using the russian alphabet or something like that), so when it comes I think you should keep the same language ID for 0.5 and create a new one for 0.6 (don't worry, I'll remind you of that when it comes)
