@Dennis First usage. The header really needs to be glued (at least at f←) to the code to subtract the uncounted two bytes.

@Adám Right. I'll try to implement that this week.

@Dennis could the link markdown be modified to allow multiple TIO answers in the same SO post?
Like here : http://codegolf.stackexchange.com/posts/109284/revisions both redirect to the same TIO page

@Fatalize Done.

@Dennis Is there a way to make the URL "click" Run on pageload?

8:49 PM
@Adám Not at the moment. It used to do that (over a year ago), but people requested to change the behavior. I can incorporate that into the per-user settings though.

@Dennis Per "user" = the one who creates or the one who uses the link?

A per-user setting would apply to your tab, so all permalinks you open (your own or others) would run automatically.
In v2, I'll probably fetch the results with the code stored on the server.

I just had this great thought. The header, code, and footer sections suddenly reminded me of using Sage. Since the header/footer, etc are essentially the same as the code block, you could change the layout to be like a Mathematica or Sage notebook, where the number of code boxes is dynamic (click '+' to add another), and each has its own byte count and execution control.
This would require executing each block separately though, unless you handle that.

@mbomb007 why would it require that? Currently I think header code and footer are just stiched together and that's it
many blocks can be stiched similarily, and yes having by default a single block, not 3 will reduce clutter greatily
