@nbro Prashant Akerar (the second of those two) is not really a spammer, and I'm certain this is not a comeback with a new or alternative account. I've seen him across several sites, and I've even answered one of his questions on the network and had my answer accepted, and it was not spam at all. Perhaps you meant someone else?
By the way I asked this on Operations Research SE, because I thought that's where people would know more about "graph cuts", but it's also possible that someone from the AI community knows the answer. I know this room hasn't been very active, but if anyone here sees this and thinks they know the answer, I'm very interested!
