So @DukeZhou I was wondering if it would be of use to have some basic questions about starting to create a neural network. I was thinking of trying to create one, but I know nothing about it, so having AI.SE essentially "walk me through it" would allow having a good resource on creating a neural network for everyone on Google to find.

I'm unsure of how well that would go over, though; it could be perceived as "no research effort" and the like.
