For perspective, some months ago you made a very salient comment about the need for more math and science on this Stack, which I strongly agree with. (I may have argued vehemently in support of the philosophical and social components of this Stack, but that should not be taken as an indicator that I believe your instincts are wrong--quite the opposite.)
I'm reaching out partly because you felt strongly enough to critique the scope of this Stack, and your censure stuck with me--now that I'm a pro tem mod I may be in a position to effect change. I have also found your questions on Math to quite useful, which, from my perspective, adds weight to any ideas you might have on how AI and the hard science stacks need to interconnect.
