@GentlePurpleRain Only need 10 to have a primary (more than 10 required, top 30 by rep included). So currently we'll have the weird situation of 11 users in the primary, 10 of which will make it through to the actual election. More info here: meta.stackexchange.com/a/135361/68727

Haha, yeah, we had an 11-user primary on PPCG as well. Seems kind of silly to have a whole voting stage just to eliminate a single candidate, but...
