@WillRobertson I hope the "low energy" relates to your device's battery charge.

Why is this question not visible from the front page? tex.stackexchange.com/questions/694719/…
@daleif what do you mean by not visible? I see it. Oh i see it only in the newest questions. Perhaps because of the -4?
11:46
@UlrikeFischer That was my thought. The person is a bit rude in the comments.
I did not realise that if a question had many downvotes, then it is not shown.
12:35
@daleif For normal sites, the threshold is -4, meta sites have a different threshold.
12:55
@samcarter thanks, did not know that

Suppose you have let LaTeX draw several rules in different colors on top of each other without transparency, so that you only see the last rule drawn in the pdf file. What does this mean for printing the pdf file? Will only be printed what you see, i.e. the topmost rule? Will all lines be printed on top of each other?
user581918
How do you strictly distinguish not wanting a color, so that the color of the medium to be printed is the result, from wanting a document background color?
user581918
How do you specify that a certain background color must be included when calculating transparency effects, but that this color does not need to be printed because it is the color of the medium to be printed?
user581918
(This refers to xcolor and tikz)
@Cattleya well that is not really a latex question. You need to study the pdf reference about the color model and it various blend mode. See e.g. pdfa.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/PDF-Color-CheatSheet.pdf
16:20
@UlrikeFischer Thanks, renewed, missed it on top of the certificate check & todo list
16:40
@samcarter Do you want to add a summary of this as an answer? Otherwise I can do it.
17:09
@AlanMunn Please go ahead and answer yourself
