SBM
Hello.

@Johannes_B It seems UCAS (= Ufficio Complicazione Affari Semplici = Office for Complicating Simple Things) to me...
6

9:20 AM
@Johannes_B Looks like there is no advisor list thingy, contrary to the AB@authors list feature from authblk. Put there is no compilable code...

@CarLaTeX :-)

@CarLaTeX Also known as SYITF ... shoot yourself into the foot ;-)

@ChristianHupfer LOL

@ChristianHupfer There is also a field for the shoe size in authblk, maybe we should add that? Or a facebook profile link?

@ChristianHupfer or WDTMOSLCH = What does that mean OOH SOMEONE LEFT COOKIES HERE

9:22 AM
@Johannes_B Merge it with ModernCV then ;-)

@ChristianHupfer github.com/posquit0/Awesome-CV/pulls Look what people want to add. And all will be rejected and closed.

@PauloCereda Your fascination of cookies disturbs me .... deeply breathing behind a black mask ;-)

@ChristianHupfer we ducks like cookies. :)

@PauloCereda s/cookies/ducks ;-) (in my line above!)

@ChristianHupfer Quack!

SBM
9:27 AM
oh looks like a delicious conversation.

@SBM After Xmas meal, we have panettone :):):)

@CarLaTeX ooooh
I had pudding

SBM
@CarLaTeX panettone?

SBM
@CarLaTeX looks tasty

9:31 AM
@CarLaTeX I can eat an entire panettone by myself!

@SBM It is :)
@PauloCereda If you manage :):):)

@CarLaTeX I am well versed in the fine arts of panettone eating. :)

SBM
I've never had one though.

@SBM You should come to Italy at Xmas time, so you can taste it :):):)

SBM
@CarLaTeX I can't afford the costs.

9:37 AM
@CarLaTeX: I had no idea panettone is a Milanese thingy. However, that explains much: when I was younger, there was this brand named Bauducco who used to advertise their panettone as being certified as the one preferred by the Visconte di Milano. Hmmm.

@SBM It's a pity!
@PauloCereda Yes, the panettone is a typical Milanese cake, but now they eat it all over Italy!

@CarLaTeX this is also good

@PauloCereda ^^^ There is also torrone from Cremona

@PauloCereda ask @CarLaTeX :-)

@DavidCarlisle now you are going to tell me pasta is not Italian, but Chinese... :)

@DavidCarlisle No pineapple topping on panettone?
@PauloCereda You're mean

@CarLaTeX oh no
It's @ChristianHupfer's bad influence

11:39 AM
@PauloCereda it is

@DavidCarlisle ooh
@CarLaTeX ^^

However, maple syrup on panettone is delicious

@CarLaTeX I like a chocolate-filled panettone instead of the dried fruit counterpart. :)

@DavidCarlisle I got an english cookbook for christmas -- it is called "French Provincial Cooking" ;-)

@DavidCarlisle Chinese pasta : Italian pasta = pineapple pizza : Italian pizza

Q: When will @egreg reach 654321

samcarterIn this little game you have to guess when egreg will reach a reputation of 654321 (or higher) on TeX.Stackexchange. Rules put your guess in an answer to this question before 15 January, 2018 (23:59 UTC) Please add your time as precisely as possible (up to seconds) if two entries state the sa...

@samcarter Why do I always have to be the meta-fun spoiler... This game ultimately encourages voting for a particular person, which is not how voting is supposed to work.

9:59 PM
@AlanMunn I don't really see this risk. 1) @egreg is rep capped more days than not 2) most people will have forgotten about this 5 months later 3) assuming a Gaussian distribution of predictions there should not be no net influence on total votes 4) heavy serial voting will be reversed. (@JosephWright If you find my meta contest inappropriate, I will delete it)

@AlanMunn we wub you <3

@samcarter I hadn't thought about the rep cap issue. It might be better then to state that really explicitly in the question (which also gives a clue as to the approximate date he will reach the number.) Explaining the rep cap issue along with an explicit plea for people not to upvote just for the contest would go a long way towards addressing the worry for me.
@PauloCereda <3

I might be the first person who had dead pixel occurrence in a monitor due to GNOME 3. :)

10:14 PM
@AlanMunn I added a warning to the question.

@AlanMunn LOL

@samcarter Thanks, that's much better. :)

10:27 PM
@egreg: How do you like my prize request? :)

@PauloCereda A duck on a motorbike?

@UlrikeFischer ooh

@samcarter I've even added a guess. :)

10:44 PM
@PauloCereda Upvoted
