@manucpp Only if you shorten your example. I don't want to spent the first 10 minutes to clean up and remove all the irrelevant bits (and fonts I don't have).
@JosephWright Well, the last version of xepersian (uploaded a few days ago) has added a clause to the LPPL which is clearly related to the issue.
There is also an additional term; by using the xepersian package,
you agree to not use the `HM' series fonts. If you use these fonts
in your xepersian documents, you violate the license of the xepersian
package and therefore I have the right to file a lawsuit against you
in court.
@Alenanno yep; it works differently in linux and windows; in linux I simply open the "Run Application" dialog (Alt+F2 usually) and type td i3 in (you should type texdoc interface3)

@egreg The problem seems to be that babel makes some characters active (or something) which messes things up for pgf/TikZ. It is certainly not that month names are not translated (there are no month names).

@egreg it's \ifx\@deferlist\@empty \else\clearpage \fi before the clearpage didn't flush the negative sized float ans it survived to fight another day but "we" added a test for deferlist being empty, and if so redo \clearpage (need to see where that come from exactly) but anyway that tiips things into a loop
@egreg well of course arguably it's an improvement as you get an error rather than it doing some random wrong thing after \clearpage didn't work but OP may not see it that way

@egreg for example rather than just repeating and hoping it flushes after some (10??) attempts it could pass over \@deferlist and make any -ve sized boxes 0pt height with a warning then try again and they should flushout then.
