@Daniil less small makes it opposite of smaller. Less small means bigger. The more less small something is, the bigger it is. However that is wrong grammar anyway. Sorry for sounding nerdy
If you simply said smaller, it would have the right meaning

It depends on how you interpret it. I interpreted that the less small refers to much
if a tag belongs to no posts, it will magically disappear and people with less than er some quantity of reputation will not be able to add it to their posts
@Daniil The UI shows it as pingable and will autocomplete @SmokeDetector, but I don't think the system actually sends a notification. There are other situations where a ping would not be generated by the system even though the UI offers autocomplete a username. Like if you start to type:

(with the leading `)
It's possible to post messages to a room that one is not actually in, which is how SmokeDetector is set up for most of the rooms it posts in. Thus SmokeDetector posts here but does not accept feedback or commands here because it's not really in the room. Shortly after SmokeDetector posts here, the UI shows SmokeDetector's avatar with those in the room, but even then, it's not actually in the room.
@Zanna Late deletion of a message with a ping from which a notification was generated but not yet read doesn't delete the notification, though. Also, notifications for messages with special formatting don't show the formatting; for example, links don't show up, and I believe a message that is a code block or a blockquote shows up in a user's notification inbox as if if weren't.
So deleting a message sometimes has the effect of removing clarifying context. In this case there was of course no confusion because you also supplied context. I'm not sure if it's only ROs or not whose notifications are unmodified, though I suspect it is not.
(Also, some people subscribe to have SE notifications emailed to them every however many hours, which of course would not be undone. I don't do that, though, at least currently or in the past, and I don't really know how it works, so you should probably not put much stock in any of my suppositions about it. It at least used to work this way. )
@Zanna How does that post have none of discussion, support, bug, or feature-request? It was migrated from main, but don't such posts get tagged discussion? Was there a time when they didn't? I'm not sure we know for sure that it really is status-completed; if so, perhaps it's a duplicate of something and can simply be closed, which won't bump it. But either way, I think it's worth bumping it to add support.
For now I'm holding off on doing that edit, and also holding off on posting a meta question to ask how that question exists without any of the required tags, in case your motivation to avoid bumping it has to do with something sensitive about the post (that I wouldn't be able to see) rather than a desire to avoid churn for minor things.
Also, the information from comments on that post belongs in the question, which I think is enough reason to bump it. I'm not asking you to make any of these changes; I'm just waiting to make them in case there's a special reason it ought to be avoided.
@SmokeDetector Rude/abusive since the edit. I considered trying to fix it but the OP also personally insulted a specific user in a comments. The two flaggable comments went away when I flagged them.
