spam, fake tech support site
The OP accepted the answer, but the site is a scam. The extra "s" in the domain should be a clue. Those brave enough to visit the site can verify that it is not affiliated with Nuance (the makers of Dragon) by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and reading very, very carefully. See also the fake printer tech support URL and phone number in the author's profile.

@Natty I'm not sure about this. It's not a good answer, but it does recommend a course of action, albeit vaguely; it's not just a link.
@Natty tp but it should not be flagged or deleted as it has been expanded.

@EliahKagan I also delete voted it in case the spam flags can't get rid of it.

This answer which was flagged by Smoke Detector as a misleading link a few comments ago is also spam.

Yes, I have flagged that as such and given tpu- feedback to Smokey on it.

^^ It's a thanks / success report about another answer that appears have been mistaken for an answer of its own. It should be flagged as NAA and deleted.
(This is similar to the unfortunately common situation where "thanks" posts and success reports that are not intended as answers at all are mistaken for duplicate answers, which often results in extremely discouraging comments and confusing or even wrong advice being given to the new users who post them. However, in this case, that the solution it shows is the same as the one in a long-preexisting answer was also not noticed.)
