I have worked on a flag received concerning this question:

Q: How to connect Casio keyboard to Lenovo i-320 with Ubuntu 18.04 using USB cable

suhasI have a Casio CTK 850 IN keyboard to my Ubuntu machine using USB cable without a MIDI cable(I don't have one). I saw a YouTube video illustrating such connection to a Windows system. So I tried on my Linux machine using Audacity but I am not able to reproduce the sound of the keyboard on the sys...

The flag discussed a question that ranks highly in Google that has the answer given in the comments but not as a formal answer. The request was to delete the whole thing.
Instead I have created a Community Wiki answer drawn from the Comments, but my knowledge of this area is a little poor. Can any of the 3-4 Amigos bring their expertise to bear on the answer?

I have trimmed away the many comments and hopefully left the most useful ones behind: 14 deleted comments with varying levels of asperity :)

Based on Natty warning above, I came across this question and it's rant/language filled self-answer. It looks to me to be a pure duplicate (based on the answer) anyway, so let's get it closed out. Might want to just go ahead delete as well (Mod-request) since it's just too much work to try to clean up the rants and language on a useless dupe anyway.
@andrew.46 or @Zanna Might want to review for a discussion with the user as well on appropriate behavior. Not sure how you deal with this. Thanks!
Oh, then I notice the user was blacklisted (automatically?) based on the next SmokeDetector response.

@NotTheDr01ds great job, thanks!

@Zanna Thanks - I was hoping I could find a duplicate, because otherwise the information might have been worth salvaging :P

I think removing the ugly rant was probably a strong enough message for now, given the blacklist, but worth keeping an eye on the user

@Zanna Well, you might want to read the answer more closely.
I removed the rant at the end.
But then found that it is throughout the whole thing.
Inappropriate language as well.

2:25 PM
I noticed that it is ranty, but it seemed kind of borderline okay... yeah you're right, deleted it

@Zanna Thanks. There was only one truly "over the top" word in there, but ... yeah.

as you say, it's too much work to fix it and monitor it

@Zanna Especially since it would be Roomba'd anyway.
I was seriously going to put the effort into cleaning it up if it was worth keeping, then I (fortunately) found the dup.

2:46 PM
@NotTheDr01ds it wouldn't... questions closed as duplicates are treated the same as open questions by roomba
meaning than if they have an answer, however downvoted, they will never ever be automatically deleted

@Zanna Oh, right :-/ Forgot that if there's an answer in place it won't get roomba'd.
Was thinking that the downvoted answer would still qualify it, but ... no :-/
Ok, so definitely thanks for deleting!

@NotTheDr01ds all thanks to you!

@andrew.46 You made a great answer! In fact, it is such a nice expansion that you could post it as an answer instead of a CW! I made some minor changes which you can see in the edit history and the edit comments I left.
I have a minor doubt about the MusE acronym (Linux Music Editor), because I couldn't find a reference for it. Do you have one?
@Zanna Hi!
It seems that the Island has frozen again! Can you unfreeze it?

done
thanks!

Thank you too! :)

Ubuntu version really doesn't matter - so I flagged the comment as not relevant..

@ArturMeinild Agreed, but dang - the missing tag on WSL (at least on the first question the OP asked) sure can. Not in the second question, of course, but the OP didn't know it ;-).
And agree that those linked instructions are a bit lacking in detail.
So weird that I clicked on that question not even knowing it was a WSL question. That seems to happen a lot.

@ArturMeinild Probably looking for close reasons ...
Or, put a different way, that user is starting to become suspicious of all posts that don't mention Ubuntu and a version.
