unclear (or maybe too broad or off-topic, but I think unclear is the better choice)
unclear? maybe dupe of something general?
dupe, though it may be helpful to add additional dupe targets

Is this edit correct? I don't use GNOME.
not off-topic - using Ubuntu to attempt to recover data from an HFS+ partition is on-topic
^^ Oh, my review knocked it out of the queue.

OT no-repro
@EliahKagan It's either gnome-tweak-tool or gnome-tweaks - I don't know which one and I don't want to be forced to guess which one the OP intended.

off-topic (or unclear)
I think it does not currently make sense to reopen this question because there's no indication that the problem persisted after the updates that accompanied the official 19.10 release were installed (if they were ever installed), and because it looks like a bug report anyway and would likely have been closed even if it had never been about Ubuntu+1.
I've commented to ask the OP to provide more information and also to warn them about how it might not be considered on-topic even if they do edit it. I think it should currently be left closed.
seems unclear without more information about the messages or what the OP did
In this question, I think the OP is referring to total data transfer (like, in the sense that would be relevant to usinga metered connection, like most cellular data plans). But I still think it's currently unclear.

Do we have a general question for troubleshooting sudo? (As far as I can tell, the issue there is not really related to QEMU, but I kept the tag for it just in case I'm missing something.)
^^ dupe or unclear - My inclination is to close it as a duplicate of all three of the questions I linked to in my comment, or at least the first two. But just closing it as unclear would also be reasonable.
Some of the comments here should stay, at least for the time being, but I think it's safe to consider some of them no longer needed:
A, B
C, D

Until edited, this question is still off-topic for the same Ubuntu+1 reason as before. It may also OT bug now (which is the same close reason in our system) but I don't want to assume that until information is provided. But the unclear reason also currently applies, in that the question at minimum needs to be edited to indicate if the problem even exists anymore. I've commented to explain the situation as I understand it and I've voted to close.
I think we have a lot of situations like this. I see two related misconceptions at play. (a) People sometimes wrongly assume that all Ubuntu+1 questions are off-topic until the last moment, which is not the case.
And (b) people sometimes wrongly assume that questions that were closed as OT, partly or entirely because they were asked when the releases was Ubuntu+1, are automatically eligible for reopening when the release comes out, even without clarification about whether or not the problem even applies to the released version, which is extremely not the case.

I'm not sure about this. The first bullet point does seem like a workaround that the OP can apply.

no improvement whatsoever - It doesn't explain when one would use the syntax it adds, so even if the post would be benefited by adding it -- which it's probably not -- this particular edit wouldn't be an improvement.
seems NAA given what the question is asking

^^ That was edited and is no longer NAA, so it should not be flagged anymore. (I believe the Natty feedback is still correct though, as that pertains to the version of the post Natty saw.)
