@Alenanno, @texnic, @Quassnoi I got an idea. Maybe we should have some place, where people could write if they are unhappy about something that happens on the site? Some place where one could come and say "what I don't like about one of the mods is that this mod is always removing my comments. Why does this happen?" or "I don't like that this site is all in English" So that people had a chance to clear up misunderstandings.

Yes. You can post it and if you think your answer might be better, more up-to-date then you should. Don't let yourself discourage by the accepted answer. That can be changed. If you provide a new answer to an old question, which has more detail, it's better formatted, it provides sources, cites...

It's linked back to that list.

As you can see, it's not "simple FAQ", it also contains suggestions to new users. When new users come here, instead of repeating the same things, all we need to do will be to link to these questions.

Don't you think it's effective?

I was thinking of linking the whole "Community FAQ", but if you happen to mention that part in the FAQ, just link the wording... I don't know if I explained myself well lol

Because I have no wish to re-write all this stuff once more AND because we actually should confirm with the uneditable part of the FAQ anyway =)

I think we should also link parts of FAQ that answer some particular questions

If you don't need to add more wording to the FAQ, sure.

Like "for more info on this, check..."

But there's no need to make it longer, after all, we'll be linking in the site too where/when necessary.

To summarize, I'd like to make our main FAQ shorter (if possible), better structured, include a few words on high quality answering and tagging, and translate them into Russian.
