Here's some closure for why that one specific Sudoku board state is the correct one. First, let's solve those Addendum clues.

i started the idea that the addendum clues were phrases. dan russell filled in the blanks by breaking up the ?????greek letters??? and solving those constraints. i think f'' mentioned the coordinate thing. i then tied everyones ideas together

using my interpretation of the bijection

but yea, it was a good puzzle

no idea how people can come up with these lol

The puzzle is something like 4 or 5 puzzles daisychained, but JonathanAllan got to solve ten times that many in assembling it
