new-tag meta I have created a new tag tag-watching on meta. I have also created some basic tag-excerpt and tag-wiki.

Since the tag favorites was renamed to bookmarks, it probably makes sense to split the tag into separate tags for favorite questions (bookmarks) and favorite tags (watched tags).

tag-watching is probably a better name than favorite-tags, since this is the current name of the feature. Moreover, it is consistent with the usage on Meta Stack Exchange.
