Here is a proof that $\lambda$-pure morphisms in $\lambda$-accessible categroies are monos. It is unclear to me why do we create new $h$ instead of taking $\bar{v}$ in the line -4 and why such a $h$ exists in the canonical diagram of $B$ by the displayed line -5th?

@MartinSleziak For what it's worth, searching for "accessible categories" gives quite a few results, and there are a few papers and a book on this topic. I'd say it could be a useful tag.
I would have said the same about "locally presentable categories" by the way. But I'm not an expert on this stuff.
