@ArnaudD. The post Creating new tags/ AEC is from user122424 but it is not specifically about the tags locally-presentable-categories and accessible-categories.
@AsafKaragila I'll just mention that for some tags I definitely agree that they should be edited out. For example, (limit-ordinals) seemed too specific to me, so if it stayed for a few days I would probably have removed it. For some tags I am not really sure, since they are from areas I do not know much about.
Possibly some of the tags related to category theory might be useful - we talked with Arnaud D a bit about (locally-presentable-categories) and (accessible-categories): chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/3740/conversation/…
