$$e^{iz}-e^{-z}=12i$$
$$u^2 - 12ui - 1=0$$
$$\frac{12i\pm \sqrt{-144+4}}{2}$$
$$e^{iz}=u=6i\pm \sqrt{35}$$$$iz=\ln(6i \pm \sqrt{35})$$
$$z=-i\ln(6i+\sqrt{35})$$
