But the story was weird (and quite awkward due to their refusal to mention THAT GUY by name) and they oh-so-heavily reused assets. And there was an inordinate amount of permanently missable content considering it's meant to be kind of non-linear (thanks to the chapter system)

Q: Max over heal number flickering?

I noticed when I was playing medic once I was healing a Heavy and I over healed him. His max (with over heal) is 450, but I noticed that when I was over healing him the number kept flickering from 449 to 450. Why? is this a bug or what is the problem. I nor him was taking any damage.
