Q: How does the game know when to increase the one handed weapon skill?

I play a stealth character that does 30x backstabbing damage, so I basically one shot most enemies with my dagger if I can get close enough. But my one handed weapons skill rarely increases. Q: Remove (custom) spells from character

One's magic book can get awfully busy if one buys all available spells and/or make your own. Can one remove spells that have become unwanted for one reason or another? I'm particularly interested in removing unwanted custom spells.

@StrixVaria uuugggh I hate unskippable cut scenes. Not only do they reduce the replayability of a game, but the story in some games is just terrible and I'd prefer to pretend it doesn't exist.

And yeah, unskippable cutscenes are very annoying. Though BL2 is a poor example of such. Much, much worse are the ones where you can't move and they last several minutes, or require you to actively spam the accept button to keep going

Goddamn JRPGs and that stuff.

@BenBrocka The games by Nippon Ichi at least get 'em right; you can set the speech on auto, and just put the controller down and watch, or fast-forward through them quickly.
