Some don't allow distribution of game updates by a third party, some encourage it. It's best to consult the publisher's support form beforehand if you are unsure of it's legality.

Who knows? People on ELL seem to agree that their current topic description of "questions that would be asked by an English learner rather than an English native speaker" is essentially bollocks. It's still the top rated answer on the relevant question.
