Played Final Fantasy XVI yesterday, really a great game. some tid bits i find annoying like how i can set Subtitles on before the game starts but not Subtitle background which would have been great to set at the start aswell to avoid the text disappearing like this

and also would have liked to turn off motion blur. it feels as if my eyes unfocus from the screen when i'm swinging the camera around while i am moving which is what i tend to do when scanning my surrounding outside of battle

do love this feature, always a pain when you waste a free healing potion because you're carrying your max. here if you have max the extra one is used. not sure what happens if you're on full health when this happens

I do hate those games that dont let you jump into options before the first cutscene; even worse is those that dont let you jump into options, and start skips the cutscene without prompt.

@Fredy31 even if the game didn't go straight into it after i do prefer getting the options on first boot like this because i have forgotten to turn subtitles on in some games

@Memor-X cant remember the game but there was one that i remember that that option was linked to your save file, so you could not get to the first bit of gameplay, turn on subs, then reset

so there was no way to have subs on the first cutscene

Also payday 3 looks good so far

We have a few people with some hands ons

You can close doors now

You can run in casing mode

But since it's a real engine shotguns work like regular games now instead of how they work in payday 2 (in payday 2, shotgun damage is based on range only. If even one pellet hits a target, that does full damage. So you want your accuracy to be as low as possible to increase spread)

Oh and YOU CAN CARRY BODIES AROUND AND ANSWER THE PAGER ON THE MOVE
