makes that site even more shady in my eyes if true.

Constant malvertising problems, multiple security breaches with compromised admin accounts, mods that contained viruses (very easy - think Oblivion Script Extender, a mod that allowed to load custom external dll in Oblivion...) and now you also find out they paid some modders...

Yeah i would say its more about 'Questions about mods' in general

which the unofficial rule is pretty much that we got a short fuse for shitty questions

Like if you ask about mechanics or story of a mod, sure. Might not be as well crafted as the AAA stuff, but it still can be answered.

But questions about mods are too often I'VE INSTALLED 87 MODS AND SKYRIM CRASHES ON LOAD, WHAT DO I DO

install less mods.
