@Elva Yeah, they said as much above - the limiting factor isn't the network connection, it's the wireless router itself (or rather the cable connected to it, oddly enough)

@PrivatePansy The router itself is an Airport Time Capsule with separate 2.4 and 5 Ghz networks. It has a transmit speed of up to 1300Mbps up. We spent 2 hours today trying to find the best location to place it, and at this point it's literally on the floor directly below me on a 2 meter pillar. The only way I'm gonna get faster wireless speeds is if I cut a giant hole in the floor and replace it with something that lets wireless signals through better than the current material
The best part is that there are 3 small metal statues from Africa in front of the router that somehow boost my wireless speed by 100-150 Mbps just by being there
and I have no clue why

so now big picture controller mode works with deaths door
So my first nightmare last week was that when playstation configuration was enabled on deaths door, it wouldn't work at all. Turn it off, and it worked just fine.
Today it was all wacky and thought I was holding down R2 or something all the time
turned big picture playstation controller support back on... and now it works perfectly
Making controllers work on PC is truly hell
Although now it's back to thinking I have an XBOX controlelr
but hey, it works
