Game told me I could go into an excommunication war because our millitaries were of "similar size", then I lose my 1k stack of troops in about 3 seconds and the warscore jumps to -46%. Meanwhile, the rest of Ireland has started marrying eveyrone and I have no idea why foreign nationals are invading as the vassals go to war with one another.

The war, anyway. I need to find why my nephew hates me, and maybe see if I can't arrange a tighter grip on the country.

@Nzall It's honestly kinda weird in that most of the complaints that I've read (no Mushu, no songs, etc.) are all things that I was looking forward to not being in the movie. Being Chinese, I was interested in seeing a Disney movie with fewer Western influences.

But at the same time, I'm not in any rush to watch the movie.

For all that people champion the 1998 Mulan as a good example of POC representation and subversion of traditional gender roles (and it is), I personally feel like some cultural notes was lost on the audience in favor of the latter.

The IFTTT subscription stuff really sucks. Just as I'm trying to do a bunch of home automation stuff, and using IFTTT as glue, and they want me to pay $10 USD a month? Luckily, right now I was just using IFTTT to translate one webhook request into another, so I can simply remove the middle-man. But there were other (more fun stuff) like triggering an action when, say, I turn my TV on that I won't be able to do now.

You can still connect an unlimited number of existing applets, but the problem is that they're generally not very customizable, you can only connect a given applet once, and sometimes you have some very specific things you want to do, and thus need to create a custom applet. With a standard account, you're limited to 3 of those.

I've got 2 applets that email me when there's a new interactive fiction poll from people I follow. These are now going to run a lot slower too.

They should offer a standard+ tier that offers an effectively unlimited number of custom applets (100 would be more than enough for most people) and slightly quicker polling (15 minutes instead of an hour, whereas pro is probably getting 1-5 minute polling) for like $2 a month. Skip the more advanced applets and the customer support that pro gets.
