There are usually a few exceptions, but if you're required to stay on site then you have to be paid for it. Unpaid breaks for example can't require the employee to be available or stay in the building, or they need to get paid for the full break.

@GodEmperorDune Eximus units are random spawns, but the higher level the enemies are, the greater the chance that they spawn as eximus units. As a result, endless missions should be best, as the longer you go, the greater the chance of one spawning

I've avoided joining an alliance for a long time because I never saw a reason to, but with an Arqade clan showing up there's a bunch more people I want in my clan and an alliance seemed like the next best thing :p
