@GodEmperorDune We buy millions of bushels of grain for export. Some of that grain then gets shipped to Japan/Korea for processing and consumption, and some goes to the gulf of Mexico to be sent to other customers elsewhere for animal feed.

@badp very good, actually. To start out, you have to "stun"the hog by shooting it between the eyes (don't ask me why), but the shot was lucky and went through the head and to the heart. See, early into the slaughtering process, you need to get all the blood out or it could mess up the meat. Anyway, most of the blood came out in that one lick
