It should have taken only half an hour, but because this OEM motherboard is poorly designed, and the case is slightly too small, I had to remove the GPU. Which again took far longer than necessary because the DVI cable's screw got stuck into the socket
So I had to use a plier to remove the cable, then remove the GPU, then remove the battery >_<
Why would the motherboard refuse to boot if the CMOS battery is gone anyway? Isn't it just to keep the time?

Nice, my books have arrived
part 2 through 6 of Codex Alera
I'm currently roughly halfway through part 1, and although the direction of the plot currently isn't as clear as I would have hoped, it's interesting enough for me to continue reading
So that's Mistborn 1 through 3, Codex Alera 2 through 6, Sin du Jour 3 through 5
and maybe some of the other books I have in my book cabinet that I have yet to read
Once I've finished Mistborn, I'm probably going to pick up the sequel trilogy which continues 300 years or so after the books before have stopped, and The Aeronaut's Windlass, the first book of the Cinder Spires
And then next year, I have Brief Cases, the second short story anthology in the Dresdenverse
