A 512 GB-class SSD quickly becomes inadequate when you have games that exceed 100 GB.

The 170 GB requirement is probably only with 4K assets installed, though. I suspect that's going to be provided as DLC, as Bethesda Softworks does with Fallout 4. (Legacy Skyrim has a high-res texture pack but it was meant for 1080p.)
