I have a couple PSP games (Disgaea 2 and Prinny: Can I really Be The Hero?) where I had DLC on my PSP but the DLC is not available on the PSN for Vita.
Is there some way I can copy the DLC from the PSP onto the Vita sort of like you can with save files?

Yeah, not to mention the rules state you have to use IAP, which kinda doesn't work from a technical standpoint when you have as many SKUs as amazon does
@agent86 Popularity fuels into the visibility of the top content - it's more popular because it is more popular, to put it circularly. However, when a lower count tag is getting competing views to something that is essentially in our top tags, well, it makes some manner of message.
Amazon's answer was just to remove the ability to buy things through the app entirely, and make it so you have to find your way to amazon.com on your own

Will I have any issues using an imported Vita at home?
Will I be able to:
configure it to use English?
connect it to my local PSN store and buy games / download my PSP titles?
