Those typically go to the studio, whose prerogative is to lease the rights to radio stations, media outlets, and such. Including political organizations.

Although most times, the studio will sell the broadcasting rights to another larger holding company, whose main mode of revenue is the lend-lease of said rights to the aforementioned organizations and/or businesses.

So while Rise Against can technically sue Paul Ryan as they have standing, they normally won't win the case as Paul Ryan's org has typically purchased the rights to broadcast legally.

VARA, on the other hand, can supercede purchasing rights if and only if the artwork in question is physically endangered.

For example, if I paint something and sell to another guy and this other guy thinks the painting looks better if he cut it up into five pieces, I have grounds and a likely chance to win a case against the other guy and prevent my painting from being harmed due to VARA.

However, VARA only applies to "visual arts" and thus does not cover music.

An NPC at the Tide Song hotel says if I zoom in on the map that I can find "details about a Pokemon's distribution" but if I zoom in I don't see anything.

Souls are a sort of fluid currency that used to purchase items and levels. If you die, you drop all your held souls and you need to go back to where you died to pick them back up.

But you never lose your current items or levels.

In 2 and 3, every time you die, your max health is lowered slightly more and more (half at the lowest) until you re-human.

At which point, it's reset to full.

Dark Souls 1 has no max health reduction mechanic but the monsters also respawn indefinitely.

Whereas in 2 and 3, you can actually deplete monster respawns if you farm them enough.

Or if you're stuck for long enough on a boss and keep killing the mobs over and over again.

Q: How do I create an Ender Portal?

Q: Payday 2 - Keep getting achievements every time game is started

Every time I click to play Payday 2 on steam I get the same 19 achievements instantly unlocked. Admittedly, I have cheated in the past but only within private lobbies to have my own fun. Obviously this would have caused achievements to get unlocked such as getting so much money in a specific heis...
