I'm thinking out loud here, but I wonder if it's worth it to at least explore getting a "general reference" close reason on Gaming. They killed the network-wide rollout due to abuse, but closing such questions would kill two birds—strategy guide copying and blind Googling—with one stone. Not really convinced we don't want to be a place for fact recitation answers, though.
