Snapshots for 1.10 introduced teleport command feature for /execute. What is its difference to the current
tp? I heard it has something to do with "relativity" (~)
@Unionhawk /teleport @e[tag=FallingAnvil] ~ ~200 ~ will kill you whereas /tp @e[tag=FallingAnvil] ~ ~200 ~ will just move that anvil 200 blocks higher.
I am trying Morales this week. Her single-target healing (Q) is pretty impressive, but it also makes her hungry for mana.
Should I keep using Q to my teammates, or I only need to use it when someone urgently needs?
In patch 3.9 Janus can now achieve the No Scope accolade:
As Janus hit at least two enemy gods with your ultimate at max distance.
Janus's ult appears to travel through the entire map. It casts portals for the first 500 units, but appears to do damage throughout its path. I note that:

In ranked matches you can play Duel matches. I read that for the Joust mode:
There are also 2 Ranked variants of this game mode: A standard 3v3 Joust and a 1v1 variant called Duel.
What is different about the Duel map? For example, does it include the Bull Demon King?
Quite a while ago I had fun playing through Sky Force 2014. I decided to redownload it and play it again for a while, but to my pleasant surprise, I noticed that the developers had recently released a new, updated version Sky Force Reloaded.
Much of the game seems to be quite similar to the ear...
How much of a speed difference is there between running forwards and backwards when someone is attacking you. I know there are speed differences between the characters themselves, of course. However, I'm trying to figure out the best way to avoid attacks such as Winston's Ultimate when he's att...
@GodEmperorDune "Instead of procrastinating, I'll get my reward now, and that will convince me to do more work!" (many hours later) "So, instead of doing work, I've prewarded myself, procrastinated some more, and still don't want to do work."
I realize that this is pretty niche, and that pretty much the only users would be The Bridge, the primary chat room for Arqade, but it should be pretty straight forward to include the name of the game and a bit of the description in a onebox.
The issue is that if a bare link is posted, there is ...
@Hakase There's a short blurb field on the store page which doesn't show up at all in the API. It means the plugin needs to use the full description, which might include images, which can break formatting in the onebox.
@Hakase You'd have to ask @ᔕᖺᘎᕊ, he wrote the userscript and plugin. I only made minor changes to it and the css. Suffice it to say that using the API is easier and safer, though.
If Reaper uses Death Blossom, will it damage people who are above or below him? Most of the time I see Reaper's dropping off a roof or wall before using Death Blossom, but could I instead stay on the roof just above the other team and use it and kill them, or use it to kill a Pharah that is hover...
I would like to be able to unload the first unit on a dropship via hotkey, but apparently this isn't possible as the default "unload all" action only allows dropping after you click either the dropship itself or a location on the ground.
Any tips to avoid the mouse click?
I hate when someone sends you some snarky email like "did you respond to my question from yesterday?" Uh yeah dude. I did. I have the sent item in my outlook...
I've noticed in the after game screens, different things will give you experience. What are the different things that can give you experience, and how much experience do they give you?
@Lazers2.0 I don't really think this is a good question since all of the things you get exp for are told to you directly on the score screen. Not voting.
It seems reasonable enough to me. If the bonuses only show up when you earn them, then it can be non-obvious that some other things cause bonuses, and it can be helpful to know what other actions you can take to get bonuses
Last time I left a comment on a self-answered question people claimed I was against self-answering regardless of the quality of the question itself so meh
@twobugs What if you never play in a group? You can't ask the question, because hypothetically, you could have played in a group, so you would know about the bonus?
@twobugs Am I understanding correctly that you're arguing that people shouldn't ask about what bonuses they haven't gotten, because they could just go and get them?
@twobugs How would I know that I get more EXP from better medals if I never got better medals? How would I know that I would get more EXP from being in a group if I never played in a group?
@twobugs It's not epistemology. You seem to be arguing that the question is bad because everyone who plays would already know the entire contents of the answer, and I'm trying to point out that that doesn't seem to be the case.
I am leveling up a monk and I have a great 1H weapon (L70 ancient legendary with a huge level requirement reduction).
Unfortunately I don't have a second weapon that is anywhere near as good, so I'm wondering what to use in my other hand.
What happens if I just leave it empty? Will my mainhand...
An itemized breakdown of things that appear directly in the game as you get them. Your argument is that the asker needs to know about obvious things because they might be completely oblivious, I'm pointing out the ridiculousness of that argument
@djsmiley2k I got this much crap for voicing my opinion, absolutely not voting (although I'm sure this convo will get referenced as soon as a downvote appears)
reminder that 1. close is not super downvote 2. repeated low quality contributions over time are grounds for suspensions, and perhaps we don't do this enough
@twobugs Say I play a game of Overwatch, and I get some EXP bonuses. How do I know what percentage of the possible bonuses I've gotten without asking a question like this?
@twobugs A lot of things are told you directly in-game, though. One of the things Araqade is good for is compiling that data into one place where you can view it all.
I finished the main storyline and just started the The Tyranny of King Washington DLC. Before starting I understood that the DLC is an alternative universe, as detailed in the first episode's description on the Xbox Marketplace:
Following the revolution, Washington goes mad with power and ru...
@Wipqozn There's a difference between something behind hidden and the game directly telling you that exact bonus at the end of every game
And I was also told that downvoting is subjective but last time I did that I had multiple people telling me I hate self-answered questions (I'm just waiting for that line of thought to crop up here)
@twobugs but like it seem was already pointed out it doesn't tell you all that once. And, even if it did, having a place where you can view them all is useful. If there was a menu you could go to in Overwatch which listed "Here's every bonus", then yeha, I'd downvite it. but that isn't the case.
@twobugs That's because one of your major complaints raised was that you didn't like it was asked from a third person POV, then self-answered. Even if your problem is just "asking a self-answer in this make the question less clear", it's not unreasonable for folks to think you're problem is that it's a self answer.
Also, you don't need to leave a comment when you downvote. In fact ~drama~ is one of the reasons it's optional. Personally I think that question is fine, and I'm going to upvote it, but if you want to downvote it you're more than welcome to. but if you're going to say why, folks are going to chime in and argue with you.
