Q: What is the indicator / progress bar at the bottom of your portrait?

There's something resembling a progress bar at the bottom of your portrait and health in overwatch while in-game What is it? What makes it increase? And what happens when you reach the maximum or that threshold that seems to be indicated by a small triangle?

Q: Can i determine the species that's on a colony ship in stellaris?

It seems that once you have built a colony ship, there seems to be no way to check which species it transports from clicking on the ship. This isn't a problem early in the game, when you have just your starting species, but later, you build lots of colony ships in lots of places, and it's be nice...

@GnomeSlice I get why you're frustrated, I really do, but people aren't just picking on you or singling you out when they ask you to put stuff behind NSFW warnings. There are times when some folks post stuff which should be labeled, isn't, and don't get a warning, and that's shitty. However i's not because folks are just trying to pick on you, it's just depends on who is on the room at the time stuff is posted.

@GnomeSlice I also get that there are times (like that lesspop post) where you think something should be labeled, and everyone disagrees, and you don't get why. It's tricky to know what' SFW and not, since it depends a lot on where you work. Generally, though, text really isn't a big deal unless it's huge and flashing. Visual NSFW is what people are mostly concerned about.

@GnomeSlice A lot of it is just a case of "if someone walked by your desk, and saw what was on your screen out of the corner of their eye, would it cause a problem?".
