Q: Shoot bows faster

Is there any way that I can make bows shoot faster? The attack speed modifier will allow me to make them hit faster, but that doesn't really help. I'm trying to make it so that people with a "Ranger" bow will be able to shoot twice as fast.

@AshleyNunn If you look in the menu, you'll notice there's an item called "yourself". I don't know if you've played any Elder Scrolls games, but usually you can make your own potions.

And in Oblivion, you could make your own spells, IIRC.

You could then name that potion "yourself". And then you'd be selling "yourself" for 2 gold if it was a particularly cheap potion.
