@GraceNote Yeah, and every spike like that which results in levelling off lower than the spike but higher than before is good. We just need to keep stringing those together.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say our next big wave will be Diablo 3 if we do it right.
On an unrelated note: I would like the Steam browser a whole lot more if it weren't in porn mode at all times. :/
Although I think our next big chance to really expand the site, and try drawing in users that aren't neccesarily already here is going to be the SC2 Zerg campaign. (and yes, I know SC2 is already one of the largest tags on the site. But it's a mere puddle in the internet when it comes to Starcraft.)
@RavenDreamer By 'porn mode' I mean that the Steam browsers feature poverty renders it similar to a more advanced browser in 'incognito mode' or, more colloquially, 'porn mode' - no history, no caching, no bookmarks.
I'm in the process of finding a server for TOR to play on with my friends.
We would like to pick a server before coming up on the server select screen for the first time.
Is there a list somewhere? (with if it is PVP or PVE, How crowded they are, etc.)
A screenshot of the server select screen ...
Wipqozn has spoken! All links must come with a revision history, a description of all other links on said site and a small biography of the author of the page.
@Wipqozn Calling that link 'spam to promote soundcloud' is like calling an answer that contains only a youtube video (which happens to be the correct answer in some way) 'spam to promote youtube'.
@RavenDreamer yeah, but the NPR version is basically "We'll nag you a tiny amount for a month, and then if we haven't raised enough money by Pledge Drive Time, we'll nag you A WHOLE LOT until we've raised our goal."
And, quite frankly, I don't think that Wikipedia has any means to effectively nag people a tiny amount for donations.
