In all seriousness: Buying a domain is easy in some places, impossible in others (depends on the TLD, mostly). In most cases, you can't buy domains, just lease or loan them. Check the TLD maintainer's documentation.

Hosting can be as easy as renting a server, or buying rack space to set up your own server (along with renting the power and connectivity, obviously). Point the DNS records of the domain to your server, configure it to serve content for that domain, done.

A POST response should change data.

The way it works is that when you take damage, you lose an uncached piece of your tail.

You can 'cache' your tail if you have, I think 8 uncached segments.

Although it's obviously rough given that it was a quick job, so all the CAPITALS should be italics instead and the TeX template I'm using doesn't like the super long section names used by the book.

Actually, this was printed in the 19th century. People used smallcaps for emphasis back then, not italics.
