Q: What does a weapon's "arc" stat mean?

In Transport Defender, weapons have various stats: Most of these are self-explanatory, but I can't figure out what "Arc" means. All weapons seem to be able to fire in any direction, so this isn't measuring range of motion. What is Arc?

Q: can't find Dark souls 2 DLC

i'm trying to buy dark souls 2 The Lost Crowns trilogy ( sunken crown ETC) from The PlayStation network store but i can't find it on the store. i have the normal edition of the game how do i find the it in store?

@fredley Somewhat justified in this instance. Bandwidth for satellite connections is low and costs a lot. Still, I'd prefer usage and speed caps instead of what's being offered.
