Q: Bower behind a firewall in VS 2015 - Stack Overflow?

Within identifiable studio room place area place 2015 bower is not able to acquire the dependencies due to the some firewall program program system program restrictions. Outside of VS I know you can tell bower to use http instead of git and I have that set and it works. But within VS it still wil...
