@Yuuki NCAA games are 8 minutes shorter, the shot clock is twice as long, the players are substantially worse, and on top of all that, the NCAA has been in a historic offensive slump for 2 or 3 years now to the point that there has been a lot of pearl clutching about needing to make rule changes to increase the pace of play/increase scoring.

(Partly because of the high turnover nature of the league, coaches and system-based play are dominant in college basketball, which means you tend to see a lot more defense-focused, high ball movement schemes that score less, but also reduce the other teams tempo, reducing scores even further.)

This is the 'yahoo answers' fork in the road. Get Health right and it'll easily be larger than SO (1 in 20 Google searches is a health query). Get it wrong, and it'll still get the same volume of traffic, but be full of shitty answers.

Q: Paladin and truffle won't spawn

I have the perfect house for my truffle in a mushroom biome and it has been saying "Porcini would like to settle Down" for the past 3 months. Any advice for how to get him to spawn quicker? So our server hosting are doing maintenance today, which has lead to chaos. PURE CHAOS.

Basically the site is only loading properly for logged out users, since they're the only ones we send through our Varnish server. It's terrible.

Once, all of our servers went down, and we called them and were "wtf" and they said one of their routers was having a problem, and it needed to be reset in person. They told us it would take 45 minutes because they don't have personal at that server building anymore. We were like "wtf, you never told us that", and then said we're welcome to go reset the router in person ourselves.

to say the least, we started looking for anew hosting company right away.

For the most part, our current hosting company has been good. so I'm not sure what went wrong here. Likely something to do with how the backup system is set-up.

So, The Talos Principle is starting to troll me.

After having several hidden stars where you have to shoot lazers out of one puzzle area into another one, there was a puzzle area with a lazer receiver of the wrong color after you get the puzzle's Tetronimo.

The receiver has nothing to do with how you get that area's hidden star.

Q: How is the number of gems required to finish an upgrade calculated?

In the game we can pay gems to finish an upgrade early. The number of gems is greater the more time that is remaining on the upgrade, but does anyone know exactly how it is calculated? For example, to skip a 1 day upgrade costs around 200 gems ( I think) But to skip a 7 day upgrade costs 1000 ge...
