Q: How do I upgrade the matter manipulator in the new stable Starbound?

I currently have two quests involving steel, which requires oil to create. I can't harvest oil until I upgrade my matter manipulator, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that! I've read that you can do so via the ship's AI, but I do not see any options either in the main 'chat' ...

Q: PES 2010 How to add linesman on low graphics

As the tittle says, i want to add the linesman in PES 2010, for the low graphics. As my graphics card does not support shader model 3, i play at low and there are NO linesman, there just the "shadows" of them.
