Other than gameplay mechanics and such, one major difference between Magic and Dominion is that Dominion's errata is generally included with the game because the game designer had most of the cards designed before the base edition even came out.

I can only think of a single Dominion card that had bad wording and that would be Treasure Map.

The land never was a natural wetland, it was man-made, and the Army Corps was out-stepping its bounds, you don't need a permit to dump on an isolated wetland...

Generally, when the federal government warns you to not do a certain thing, you at least stop and talk to them as to why and what else you can do and/or see if whatever law they cite makes sense.
